A few openings exist in certain age groups. Interested teams should contact Gary Wheeler, Tournament Director, at gary@msisoccer.org.
Tournament registration will take place from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, March 26 at the Gaithersburg Hilton (620 Perry Parkway, Gaithersburg, 20877). Attendance is mandatory for all teams. Please note that the tournament is now sanctioned by both US Club and MSYSA (USYS). Teams must present the following at tournament registration:
* A valid roster (from US Club Soccer, US Youth Soccer, or other US Soccer Organizational Member) and two copies for use by the tournament.
* Current US Club, USYS or other US Soccer member player passes for all players, including guest players.
* Teams outside of the state of Maryland who are not affiliated with US Club Soccer must present a Permission to travel form signed by a duly authorized state or national association representative IF your state association so requires.
* Medical treatment authorization forms for all players in a form adequate for use at the site of the tournament. They must be presented at registration, and kept at the field during all team activities. These forms are NOT required to be notarized, but are recommended to be notarized (more likely to be accepted by medical personnel at a hospital). Medical authorizations on US Club registration paperwork are acceptable.
• Players may play for only one team that is entered in the tournament.
